kriya Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the kriya website at kriya.lat, including all subpages, mobile-optimised versions, and any associated applications.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by an individual user for the purpose of accessing the Platform's services.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or matched deposit credits credited to a player's Account under a kriya promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a player must wager using Bonus Funds (and in some cases, the associated real-money deposit) before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "BDT" means Bangladesh Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process kriya conducts to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to confirm player eligibility.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, which is the reference timezone for all time-sensitive provisions in this Agreement.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an Account and use the kriya Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your Account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kriya does not permit gambling by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activities are permitted under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an active kriya Account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee, contractor, or director of kriya or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the kriya Platform or had an Account permanently closed for policy violations.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

kriya reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the time of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or at any point where unusual or suspicious activity is detected on your Account. KYC documentation typically includes, but is not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identity document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the bKash or Nagad account registered in your name).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed defined thresholds.

Withdrawals will not be processed until all requested KYC documents have been reviewed and approved by the kriya compliance team. kriya aims to complete standard KYC reviews within two business days of receiving complete documentation. Players who fail to provide requested documentation within 30 days of the request may have their Account suspended.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

kriya supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services (MFS): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank — minimum deposit ৳1,000; minimum withdrawal ৳2,000.
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 and ERC-20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) — minimum deposit equivalent to ৳500; minimum withdrawal equivalent to ৳1,000.
• Cards: Visa and Mastercard — availability subject to issuing bank approval; minimum deposit ৳500.

All deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time or within a few minutes of transaction confirmation, depending on the payment provider. kriya does not charge fees on standard deposits. Withdrawal requests are processed within the following target timeframes: MFS methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) within 10 minutes during normal operational hours; bank transfer within 1–3 business days; cryptocurrency within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on network congestion.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method from which the most recent deposit was made, subject to KYC verification. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering. kriya reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal request above ৳50,000 or equivalent.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

kriya offers a variety of promotions including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players with verified Accounts only. New player bonuses are available for one Account per person, per household, and per device.
• The standard welcome bonus is a 100% deposit match up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. A minimum qualifying deposit of ৳500 is required to activate the welcome bonus.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated on the promotion page. For example: a ৳5,000 bonus carries a wagering requirement of ৳150,000.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement within this period will be removed from the Account without notice.
• Certain game types contribute different percentages toward wagering requirements. Video slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games typically contribute 10%–20%; sports betting wagers may contribute at a separate rate specified per promotion. Virtual sports and crash games contribute at rates stated per promotion.
• kriya reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled, any wagering requirement progress already accumulated in good faith will be assessed individually.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, matched betting via multiple accounts, or artificially low-risk wagering to meet rollover requirements — constitutes a breach of this Agreement. kriya may void bonuses, winnings, and deposits where abuse is confirmed.

6 Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Activities

All games available on the kriya Platform are governed by the individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of any game before wagering. kriya accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game mechanics, pay tables, or volatility characteristics.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kriya Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with games or the sportsbook on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from an identified technical error will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, casino staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.
• Creating accounts under false names or using stolen payment credentials.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.

kriya employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors, other operators, and law enforcement agencies to identify and address prohibited activities. Where prohibited activity is confirmed, kriya will close the Account, void all associated wagers and bonuses, and retain any Balance pending investigation. In serious cases, kriya will report the activity to relevant authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

kriya is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players. We strongly encourage every player to set personal limits on their gambling activity and to treat gaming as a form of entertainment rather than a source of income. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit into your Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to accept over a defined period. Once the limit is reached, no further wagers are permitted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts at defined intervals (e.g., every 30 or 60 minutes) that remind you how long your current gaming session has lasted.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) during which you cannot log in or place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the kriya Platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen duration. Any Balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to your verified payment method, net of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the kriya Platform — including but not limited to the kriya brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, user interface elements, game thumbnails, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of kriya or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of kriya. Unauthorised use of kriya intellectual property will result in immediate Account closure and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

Game content available on the kriya Platform is licenced from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, NetEnt, and Microgaming. All rights in that game content vest in the respective studio or its licensors. kriya makes no claim of ownership over third-party game content.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

kriya collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the kriya Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.

In summary, kriya collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity for the following purposes: account management and KYC compliance; processing transactions; fraud prevention and security monitoring; personalising your Platform experience; and fulfilling legal obligations. kriya does not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and modern data-handling protocols.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

kriya reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited activity as described in Section 6.
• Suspected money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or lawful instruction from a competent authority requiring the Account to be closed.
• The player's own written request for account closure.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement, kriya may retain the Account Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money Balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds are non-refundable upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the kriya support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kriya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kriya shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond kriya's reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment provider failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Decisions made by you based on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.
• Technical errors, display glitches, or connectivity issues on your device or network that affect your gaming experience.

Nothing in this Agreement limits kriya's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by kriya's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Amendments to This Agreement

kriya reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, kriya will notify registered players via the email address on their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date stated in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) days after notification for material changes.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect without requesting closure constitutes acceptance.

The current version of the Terms and Conditions is always available at kriya.lat/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when this version came into force.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kriya is incorporated. kriya operates as a global online gaming platform and complies with applicable international standards for fair gaming, data protection, and financial integrity.

If you have a dispute with kriya, you are encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. The support team will attempt to resolve your complaint informally within 5 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate your complaint in writing to the kriya management team, who will issue a final written response within 14 business days of receipt.

Disputes related to specific game outcomes should be submitted within 7 days of the relevant game round, accompanied by the game round ID. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. kriya's records of game round outcomes, as stored in its system logs, are considered conclusive in the absence of clear evidence of a technical error.

14 Entire Agreement and Severability

This Agreement, together with the kriya Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on the Platform, constitutes the entire agreement between you and kriya with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.

kriya's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be made in writing and signed by an authorised representative of kriya to be legally effective.
